i asked A question about the shuttle to the plane and the of hand response was, 'don't know'. there was no politeness. there was no offer to find out. food was really disappointing.

The hotel is very close to the terminals with easy, free transfer. The restaurant offered great food options and friendly personnel. The room was clean, and the shower felt roomy, i think it was nice.
The city tax was an extra charge of a few euros per night.

i found the hotel close to charles de gaulle airport. the free cdg val shuttle made access very easy. it was a short walk of about two minutes to the hotel after the shuttle. the comfortable bed was nice after a long flight.

the rooms provide adequate space for luggage with a safe. indirect lighting adds a touch, and convenient electrical outlets are available. i noticed high-end features in the room.

the hotel is near travel options including rail and bus. the cdgval train station is less than five minutes by foot. most of the walk is covered, so it protects from rain though the signage could improve!

the front desk staff were genuinely helpful and friendly. the sleeper couch was ready upon my late arrival and that was super. staff prepared it because there were three guests, and i really appreciated that.

breakfast had several options, and staff refreshed the buffet frequently, this. i enjoyed a good dinner in the restaurant, though it was not a gourmet experience. the food was okay for a hotel restaurant!

the hotel is close to the airport, this made early morning travel stress-free. the staff provided clear guidance for reaching any terminal. breakfast included scrambled eggs, croissants, sausage, meats, cheese, baguettes, juices, and coffee, a complete offering. i found the room very quiet.
i noticed limited dinner options, only a buffet was available.

The proximity to the airport is a huge benefit, especially when you have an early flight. You can reach the terminals very easily. there are also well-kept walkways that are covered, super for any weather.

the check-in process was very efficient, and i was greeted with great customer service by the team. the pre-arrival information that i received was quite useful and detailed. it included instructions on how to get to the hotel from the terminals.
